No, you don’t need to print your confirmation – saving on trees is also badass. Simply give us your name and show your confirmation email or booking code at the start of the tour.
Our most popular tours are our guided group tours, where you join a group at a set time and are led by one of our expert guides. We also offer these as private tours where you are privately taken around Amsterdam.
Our self-guided tour allows you to self-curate your own walk and choose through four different themes, all via your phone!

Dogs are welcome on most of our tours! Please check beforehand. Many of Amsterdam’s streets and parks are pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along. Just be mindful of local regulations, keep your dog on a leash and of course, pick up after your dog.
Absolutely! Our tours are designed to be accessible for everyone, including parents with strollers and individuals using walkers, or any sort of mobility aids.

Of course! For customized private tours, there are vendors, cafés, and bakeries, and we can make a point to take you to one of these places as part of the tour.
For group tours, we encourage you to bring your own snacks. We don’t make extra stops during the tour.
For non-customized private tours, we can arrange a stop along the way. Just let us know when you book!
For tickets on group tours, cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.
For customized private tours, there is a non-refundable deposit of €100. Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund of the remaining balance.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made after these windows.
Our self-guided tour is non-refundable. You can always make use of the self-guided tour at another time, or you can send it as a gift to someone else!
Amsterdam weather can be unpredictable, but our tours run rain or shine! In extreme weather conditions, we will notify you ahead of time in case of changes.
In general, our best advice is: Always be prepared, and bring an umbrella or rain jacket, or dress warmly or coolly.

Of course! But we go beyond the surface, too. Our tours take you to iconic landmarks and connect them to the stories of incredible people who shaped Amsterdam’s history.
For example, in the Women’s History Tour, we primarily focus on Amsterdam Centrum and around the Damrak. In the LGBTQ+ History Tour, we start in Rembrandtplein and walk through the UNESCO World Heritage Canal Belt. The Jewish History Tour will be in the old Jewish Quarter, and the Hidden Gems Tour will be in the Plantage neighborhood mixed in with other landmarks.
